VIP at Kioki
Escape to paradise at Kioki. Experience a new level of Swindon nightlife with luxury VIP booths and waitresses at your service. Our range of expertly selected quality spirits and champagnes will get you in the mood to party in style and sophistication.
Skip through the crowds and be escorted to your booth to socialise, drink and dance. Booths are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. They will be allocated according to group size and package. We will endeavour to allocate the booth you request but it cannot be guaranteed.
LOUNGE – GROUND FLOOR:
We have 7 bookable tables in the lounge, depending on group size. Tables can be booked from when we open at 7pm until 10:30pm. These tables are free to book on a first come first served basis. Requests for particular tables cannot be granted and will be allocated according to group size. Tables booked in the lounge will be held for 15 minutes from the agreed booking time before they will be released to other parties. The maximum group size for a booth in the lounge is 12 people. For larger group bookings we may require a deposit but please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
JUNGLE CLUB ROOM – 1ST FLOOR
We have 3 booths available in the Jungle club room. Tables can be booked from when we open the club room at 23:30. This time may vary by up to half an hour earlier or later but we will inform the party of this upon entry to the venue. We ask that all VIP customers arrive no later than 00:30. If you are running late for a booking, please inform us.
There are minimum spends for the booths as follows:
£180 1-6 people (excluding special events such as NYE) – HALF BOOTH
£360 7-12 people (excluding special events such as NYE) – FULL BOOTH
Tables require a £50 deposit to be paid up front to secure the booking which will come off the agreed spend for the booking upon being sat at the table. Once a deposit has been paid the table is reserved and the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE even in the event of cancellation.
Kioki will not be held liable for drinks or personal items (jackets, bags etc.) should the group leave the booth unattended.
Booths may be resold, however, a manager will confirm with the group prior to doing this that they are happy to vacate the table for another party.
Due to licensing laws alcohol purchased must be consumed ON the premises and cannot be taken away in any situation. If bottles are not fully consumed on the night of the booking – they can be collected during office hours – Monday to Friday – please inform Management on the night if this is the case and they will give access times for collection.
Important information about your entry:
Kioki is a strictly over 21s venue and Management have the right to refuse entry for any reason at any time. Persons deemed too intoxicated will be refused entry. Physical, valid photo ID will be required upon entry. Kioki operates a strict wristband policy for VIP customers. These will be given to your party upon entry. We use coloured wristbands; your wristband entitles you in and out of your own VIP area.
